We appreciate if you can review your orders carefully.

We can’t accept returns of personalized or special-order merchandise. We also can’t accept returns on gift cards, final sale items and on damaged merchandise due to normal wear and tear.

You are very important for us. Please notify us within a week if any of the items delivered does not meet your expectations. The items will need to be returned back within 7 business days to us. Please be informed that all shipping charges born are non-refundable unless you have received a different item then ordered or a defected item.
